Christina is a doctoral student at the University of Colorado. Her career in an unfamiliar and foreign country is gradually taking shape, which cannot be said about her husband Lyoshka. Nobody needs the profession of a video composer in Colorado, and therefore he has to be content with working as a snowblower at a ski resort in the Rocky Mountains. Leshka has a dream - Hollywood. But in order to get there, you need to invest a lot of effort and money, which is always in short supply. And then Christina’s leg injury forces her to go to the hospital, where in just a few days the voracious American medicine “eats up” the last savings brought by young people from their native Ukraine. The situation is desperate. The ski season is ending, and Lyoshka faces unemployment. The only hope is that Christina’s magical dream will come true and a miracle will happen. That's how it happens. A call from Hollywood, an invitation to an interview, a decision to go. It will be a long road to the dream: through the mountains of Colorado and the deserts of Nevada, the fogs of Pennsylvania and the dunes of the Atlantic Ocean. The road is a test of love. A road that is destined to end on May 2, 2014, the day when the stars burn out over Odessa.
