Steve Berry (born 1955) is an American writer of detective and adventure novels. Graduated from Mercer University School of Law. In 1990, he first tried his hand as a writer, but for a long time could not achieve publication. The first novel was published only in 2003. It was called "The Curse of the Amber Room." By 2011, the book had sold 11 million copies. The novel has been translated into 37 languages and published in 50 countries. Berry is also working on a series of novels about Cotton Malone, which already includes 9 books. Outside the series, he wrote 4 more novels.
