As a result, the logic of the development of events is increasingly beginning to correspond to the well-known plans and scenarios drawn up at the dawn of the formation of modern financial capital and well spelled out in the dystopian projects of the intellectuals serving it. Everything indicates that we are present in a qualitatively new state of the world community, in which it is being brought into the final stage of implementing a strategy of global governance through the creation of a system of private power of transnational elites.
