To rehabilitate war victims, neuroscientist Michael Rosenkts creates the Blackspace device, capable of temporarily transporting a person to his sensory dream, thereby correcting the balance of the damaged psyche. But his invention attracts the attention of a government corporation that wants to use it for its own interests.
