The action of the novel “The Slave Caravan” takes place in the very heart of Africa - in the upper reaches of the White Nile. The path of a group of white travelers, scientists, and adventurers intersects on a traditional trade road with a caravan of slave traders. The plot of the novel keeps the reader in constant suspense, but it all ends with the victory of the good characters over the cruel “slave catchers”, and even the son of the emir, who was kidnapped by them, finds his father.
