The author has spent many years researching the destinies and works of Crimean poets of the first half of the twentieth century. A separate layer consists of essays about the Crimean period of Marina Tsvetaeva’s life. E. Skryabina’s stories are largely biographical, dedicated to Crimean travels and meetings. The author’s first book, “On the Roads of Cimmeria,” was published in 2001 in Feodosia (Publishing House “Koktebel”) and included early stories, essays about Crimean writers and scientists. The collection was illustrated by St. Petersburg artists Oksana Kheilik and Sergey Lomako.
