Lojeng “The Wheel of Sharp Daggers” is a basic text of Mahayana mind training, compiled by the great yogi Dharmarakshita, who is also known in the Tibetan tradition as Serlingpa. This teaching came to Tibet with the great Indian Dharma master Atisha (982-1054). The Tibetan translation was done by Atisha and his chief disciple Dron Tonpa. The proposed translation into Russian was made from Tibetan by Doctor of Philosophy. Irina Urbanaeva. When working on the Russian translation, the oral comments of the Venerable Teacher Geshe Jampa Thinley provided invaluable assistance.
