2062, Scientific and Technical Center, Moscow Gate, St. Petersburg. Due to a strange misunderstanding, a young engineer from the Siberian outback becomes the chief designer of a particularly important project. The 4th World War begins. Fighting is already taking place on the territory of the scientific center. The automatic enterprise management system is damaged, and the most complex project has to be finalized and put into production manually, in conditions of total confusion, epidemic, sabotage, under the blows of a new secret weapon. In the most difficult conditions, the remaining employees are trying to create a barrier at the enterprise from the effects of new destructive weapons and carry out a particularly important project on which the fate of humanity depends.
