At first there was “Roger Murgatroyd’s Move,” which ironically and subtly played on the realities of Agatha Christie’s novel “The Murder of Roger Ackroyd.” Then came “Murder in Style,” a title that refers the reader to “The Styles Happening,” and a plot that neatly contrasts with “The Mirror Cracked.” ... A famous actress is murdered—right during filming, in front of dozens of people. However, NONE of the witnesses noticed absolutely NOTHING! The police are at a loss. And then detective story author Evadne Mount, who has the talent of an amateur detective, and her best friend, Scotland Yard Inspector Trabshaw, get down to business. Their conclusions are that almost all the people around the murdered woman are suspected. Everyone had the OPPORTUNITY to commit a crime. But... why does none of the suspects have a motive?..
