The main character of the book “Houston, We Have a Problem” is a thirty-two-year-old bachelor going through hard times. The woman he loved turned out to be a traitor, and her work is not going well at all: a talented, promising cameraman is forced to do all sorts of nonsense as a result of a conflict with influential people. And all around are women, women, women...

The mother interferes in everything and drives him crazy with his whims, and then also gets seriously ill - probably to spite him. Girlfriends behave inexplicably and make you nervous. The downstairs neighbor, Gray Nightmare, is driving things to a white heat, constantly pounding the ceiling with a mop. All of them - young, old, smart, stupid, necessary and unnecessary - want something and constantly ruin his existence.

And then there is a dog. Mother's dog. Unless, of course, THIS can be called a dog.

And all this needs to be sorted out somehow.
