Kondrat was the name of a small budgerigar who lived in a cage with a boy named Vadim. One warm June morning, Vyadim forgot to close the door in the cage and went for a walk. Kondrat flew out of the cage into the room, and then through the open balcony door into the street. And a free life began for the parrot, full of danger and surprise.
