Unknown ancient Greek scrolls accidentally fall into the hands of a young historian. Having started translating them, the scientist suddenly realizes that he has become the owner of a unique treasure - the notes of a contemporary or even a participant in the events now known as the Trojan War. The last parts of the manuscript told about what happened almost ten years after the war. Troy was restored by its surviving inhabitants. Hector's younger brother Deiphobus was elected king. However, the haters of the great city are still alive, and among them are former participants in the Trojan War.
