But the Renault FT is not only an important stage in the history of armored weapons, but also a witness and participant in the turbulent military and political history of the “era of wars and revolutions.” Created and built during the war, Renault tanks subsequently served in the ranks of various armies in different regions of the world - France, Spain, North Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, Poland, the Baltic States, Belarus, Southern Russia, the Russian Far East, China, Vietnam , South America. Having played an important role in the battles of the last year of the First World War, Renault FTs took part in several wars, including the Russian and Spanish civil wars, the colonial campaigns, the Greco-Turkish, the Sino-Japanese and, finally, the Second World War.
