The city is being terrorized by street gangs of teenagers. But trouble does not come alone. There is a well-organized drug cartel operating in the city, under the cover of police officers. But that's not all. The city is led by a corrupt mayor. Journalist Lantseva and police major Bulykin are trying to reverse the hopeless situation. Lantseva manages to free from prison the former gang leader Radaev, whom Bulykin once “imprisoned.” Now there are three of them... The plot is only superficially simple. Closer to the denouement, it turns out that some characters have two faces, and a complete scoundrel is not so hopeless. This detective story can be called social. It contains not only the investigation of a double murder, but also a picture of today's life.
