The defeat of the Cossacks was completed by the English and American “democrats” by forcibly delivering the Cossacks into the hands of the Stalin-Beria executioners, who got the “easy” job of exterminating their opponents in dungeons and turning them into “camp dust” in the Gulag. The compilers and publishers of the collections “War and Fates” made an attempt to at least partially tell about this Cossack tragedy by publishing the memoirs of participants in those events. Essentially, this series of collections is, as it were, a supplement and continuation of the research work of Major General, Ataman of the Kuban Army V. G. Naumenko, which has enduring significance.
