The textbook covers the history of Europe, Asia and America in the Middle Ages. Along with data on the economic and political life of countries and peoples, significant attention is paid to issues of culture and everyday life of people. To convey the “spirit of the Middle Ages,” the book uses excerpts from literary works, and to broaden students’ horizons and develop the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities in the subject, creative tasks and questions for paragraphs, maps and documents are provided.
