Both stories tell about the Ufa boy Azat Baiguzhin and other teenagers who showed courage and bravery during the Great Patriotic War. In the late autumn of 1942, the boy found himself on a military road. Completely alone! Having served as a police orderly by fate, Azat ends up in a partisan detachment and becomes the adjutant of commander Oksana Belokura. The difficult trials that befell the little hero raise in him a courageous defender of the Fatherland.
