Despite his formally flawless integration into the family, Samir bin Hafiz was considered a somewhat second-class prince, so he received a haphazard education and upbringing, both of which, surprisingly, served him well. By the age of 20, Samir had acquired a reputation in the family as a slippery subject, indispensable if it was necessary to stir up a dubious matter without tarnishing the honor of the sheikh and the entire emirate. This time too, it lived up to expectations: a business innovation center in the “biomorphic ultra-postmodern” style arose from the ruins. It was essentially a giant arched hangar that looked like half a crooked eggplant cut lengthwise. So it turned out that all the foundations of failed skyscrapers were used, and the construction of a mega-object was completed quickly and relatively cheaply. While construction was going on (about six months), Samir bin Hafiz, with the blessing of his family, founded the Stellarex company, which determined the theme of the business innovation center.
