Jorge Angel Livraga Rizzi (1930–1991), Italian by nationality, Doctor of Philosophy of the Aztec Academy of Arts, Sciences and Letters, academician of the International Burckhardt Academy of Switzerland, academic member of the Philo-Byzantine University, Knight of the Cross of Paris of the French Academy in the field of arts, sciences and literature, Knight Grand Cross of the Byzantine Emperor Constantine the Great, Court Knight of the Royal Fraternity of the Knights of San Ildefonso and San Atilano, was the founder and president of the International Organization "New Acropolis", which currently has its branches in more than fifty countries of the world.
