The Hardy Brothers Detective Stories is a classic, original series of stories about brother detectives. It was published from 1927 to 1979. AST Publishing House publishes this series under the title “Detective Brothers Hardy.”

Young detectives Frank and Joe Hardy have to solve a case twenty-five years ago: a gold miner, running away from a gang of criminals, disappeared together without a trace with the gold found. Now they are being searched not only by the comrades of the missing person, but also by those same criminals who have not given up hope of finding the trail of gold. But it seems that the Hardy brothers cope with this task much better, because every now and then they get their hands on evidence that helps piece by piece to reconstruct the picture of what happened. It seemed that a little more - and the case of twenty-five years ago would be solved, but suddenly something surfaced that changed the trajectory of the entire course of the case.
