Книга "День матері" вражає своєю емоційною глибиною та складністю відносин між матір'ю та сином. Автор майстерно передає відчуття Кеші, який змушений дорослішати занадто швидко, стаючи опорою для своєї матері, яка поглинута творчістю та особистими проблемами.
