The first volume tells about a robot-owning society, where electromechanical robots act as slaves. In it, high organization in some territories is compensated by increased chaos in other territories. NATO countries solved this problem by military destruction of unwanted territories and lost leadership due to dissatisfaction with their policies. Instead, it is proposed to use zones of underdevelopment and zones of alternative history to model low organization, respecting the life of the twentieth century, as well as organized democratic migrations of peoples. Soon the issue of a post-war peaceful world order will again become relevant. Sports competitions contribute to the promotion of new ideas and the formation of projects. In order for these ideas and projects to be implemented in zones of advanced development without wars and crime, there must be zones of lagging development.
