Grey-haired Oln was lonely. And therefore he created two companions for himself. He created the first from heavenly blue and pure ether and named him Namsara. For the second companion, Gray-haired Oln took blood and moonlight and named Iskari. If Namsara brought laughter and love, Iskari brought only destruction and death. She begged Gray Oln to change her. But when he refused her, Iskari decided to kill the supreme god. For trying to take his life, Oln exiled Iskari to the desert, where she wandered restless until she died from unbearable loneliness...
These were just legends that Asha, the daughter of the ruler Firgaard, heard from childhood, drawing in the imagination of forbidden images of the past. That was until fate forced Asha to try on the role of Iskari and become the most cruel and merciless dragon hunter on earth.
Now Asha has to find out whether she is able to open her own soul to love and light or , like a true Iskari, she is doomed to eternal loneliness.
