A starship with passengers in suspended animation flies from the overpopulated Earth to colonize the new planet Artemis. The journey will take 400 years. There are only six crew members. They are all clones; the owner’s consciousness is loaded into them in the event of the death of the old body. After the next replication, it is discovered that the previous copies were brutally killed, and the ship's AI was damaged. One of the six is a murderer, but unraveling this tangle of cosmic intrigue will not be easy, because each of the crew has something to hide, each is guilty of something and, therefore, under suspicion.
