It is not easy to retire with a state of enemies behind you who are determined to kill you or use you for their own nefarious purposes. The aliens, who miraculously escaped death, spent a whole year trying to remember what it was like to live a normal life away from bustle and strife. But by the will of fate, they will have to run as fast as they can to where the Inquisition and the Duke will not reach their raking hands. The foreigners will find blood and sand, oppressive heat and only the hatred that the inhabitants of the eastern Laveos Khanate feel for all representatives of humanity without exception. They don’t really care who came to their lands from what world. For them, only one axiom is important: there is no place for foreigners in the Khanate.
