At seventeen, Kyle Dayton fell in love with Addison Parks. It was easy. He spent many summers at Buhl Lake with only his brother and grandmother for company. But once Addison appeared there, she completely turned his world upside down. She was different from the girls he knew: self-confident, sociable and honest, beautiful not only externally, but also internally. Addison was able to accept Kyle for who he was: an ordinary young man who had not yet found his place in life. They spent one wonderful summer together. And despite the fact that for the rest of the time they lived far from each other, Kyle believed that they had a future. Until she disappeared without a trace. Where did she go? How could she disappear without saying a word to him? Was everything between them a lie? Unable to get answers to these questions, Kyle was forced to put these memories behind him and try to move on with his life. Eight years after Addison disappeared from his life, and all his attempts to forget about that time, Kyle was forced to return to Bull Lake. Immediately upon his return, memories of that summer came flooding back to him; everything here reminded him of her. He was afraid that he would never know the truth. Sparrow is a story about love, its loss, and, of course, the long journey of trying to get it back.
