Today is a rare day without a message that schismatics have taken away another church from the parishioners of the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Or they opened a criminal case against another priest. We sigh painfully: how could it come to this? Nothing foreshadowed it. I must disappoint you: it was just as foreshadowed. Throughout the thirty years of the existence of independent Ukraine, we simply did not pay attention to certain circumstances, and yet a system was created in Ukraine, the basis of which was the destruction of Orthodoxy. And this is far from the last terrible result of the complete oscarification that occurred as a result of Maidan Independence - this is something worth thinking about again in order to prevent mistakes in the future.
