Стюарт Хог, головний герой, переживає складний період у своєму житті, але його шлях до відновлення творчості через написання мемуарів старіючого коміка Санні Дея виявляється не лише професійним, а й життєвим викликом. Автор майстерно передає атмосферу Голлівуду 1940-50-х років, з усіма його блискучими моментами та темними сторонами. Я відчувала, як занурююся у світ сміху, але й небезпеки, що оточує героїв. Напружений сюжет, яскраві персонажі та дотепний гумор роблять цю книгу неймовірно захоплюючою. Я рекомендую її всім, хто цінує добре написані історії з елементами детективу та комедії. Читання цієї книги стало для мене справжнім задоволенням!
