The book is the second part of a textbook published by the Norma publishing house in 1996. The first part is devoted to the history of state and law of the ancient world and the Middle Ages. The second includes the history of the state and law of modern and modern times. Structurally, the second part is divided into three sections. The first is the history of the state of modern times, the second is the history of the state in the twentieth century, the third is the history of law of modern and modern times. The last section does not contain any clear internal chronological boundaries: modern law, unlike the state, developed more smoothly, evolutionarily, because it affects to a greater extent the deep layers of human relationships and is less affected by the consequences of socio-political upheavals and cataclysms. The textbook is based on the latest achievements of legal and historical thought. For students, graduate students and teachers of law universities and faculties.
