Nanotechnology has radically transformed the laws of life and death. The resurrected dead now make up almost one third of the Earth's population, they are deprived of rights, are not legally considered people and have become the main labor force of the new society. They developed their own culture, formed their own ghettos, nekrovils. And the Night of the Dead belongs only to them. Five people enter nekrovil to fulfill a promise to each other or to find the meaning of life. And the more their destinies intersect, the deeper they plunge into the lives of the dead, the more incredible scenes appear before them. They do not yet suspect that this night will change the fate of the Earth and lay the foundation for a new history, irreversibly changing humanity and opening the gates of space and time for it.
