Paul Morand (1888–1976) is one of the prominent writers of the 20th century. During his creative life, he created more than sixty works of different genres: short stories, novels, essays, travel notes, plays, poems. And this despite the fact that he successfully combined literary activities with diplomatic ones. The collection includes the historical novel “Parfait de Saligny”, the psychological novels “Lewis and Irene”, “The Living Buddha” and the novel “Tenderness”, consisting of separate short stories.< /p>
