The biography is preceded by a historiographical introduction summarizing the results of the research and publication of the legacy of P. Struve. The appendix to the biography contains a new collection of works by P. Struve compiled for the first time Struve - those of his political texts that, for political reasons, he himself did not include in his last collection of articles “Patriotica” (1911), or were published after this book and therefore were not republished by him either in Russia or in exile. p>
