This volume contains for the first time not only all the famous works of fiction by Yuri Kuznetsov - short stories, the story “Thin Orchids”, an essay about the Literary Institute, but also all the poet’s journalism, his critical articles, author’s prefaces to books of poetry, diary entries (including retelling of one’s own dreams), fragments and plans for works that were never created, interviews, reviews and reviews, transcripts of public speeches, letters. Many of the materials (including the surviving pages of the autobiographical story “Green Branches” and a number of diary entries) are published first. Thus, the personality of Yuri Kuznetsov, one of the brightest and most mysterious Russian poets of the last quarter of the 20th - beginning of the 21st century, appears much more fully before the reader.
