Unlike another translation called “Jackie Chan. I'm Happy,” this one was made based on the second edition of the book!

Dear readers! For Jackie Chan’s birthday in In 2015, a book entitled “Growing Old Before You Grow Up” (成龙:还没长大就老了) was published in China. Without a single doubt, we decided to translate this beautiful book. And now, finally, you are holding it in hand. This book is made for non-commercial purposes and is not for sale. The translation is supplemented with explanations and comments, the “Jackie Chan Stunt Team” section has also been expanded and the “Filmography” section has been added. In November 2016, Jackie Chan received the coveted Oscar, and in connection with this, less than six months later, a reissue of the Chinese version of the book was published in China, supplemented with new photographs and sections, which we also translated and added to this book. The entire translation was made specifically for the VKontakte group “Jackie Chan l 成龍l Jackie Chan” and its subscribers. Devoted fans and simply good people worked on the book: Anna Trunova, Alexander Dodonov and Yana Sidorova.
