An alternative history of the Stavropol fortress, which was located in the North Caucasus. For many decades, the truth was hidden from the public about how this fortress actually lived, developed and died. And then it was again restored and populated. However, thanks to the found diary of a Cossack officer, much has become clearer. For example, the real Stavropol is already a second city.
