The manuscript, the first part of which we offer to the reader, was anonymously sent to the editor more than a year ago along with a folder of old newspaper clippings. The editorial portfolio had already been formed by that time, so publication was postponed. In addition, the text seemed to us to be overly sensational and conspiratorial, which could have a negative impact on the impeccable reputation of our publishing house. Nevertheless, some of the historical points discussed in the text seemed interesting to us, and we decided to seek advice from leading experts. Unfortunately, none of the experts was able to definitively answer the questions posed by the editors. In this situation, the editorial board decided to publish in an abbreviated form the first part of the notes sent to us, which apparently date back to 2009. The editors are confident that what is described in this book is an undoubted hoax and has nothing to do with reality. But we also hope that our readers themselves will be able to separate the wheat from the chaff and find the answer to the question of whether it is worth leaving the aforementioned poisonous tares to grow in a wheat field until the harvest, as the famous biblical parable teaches us.
