Since childhood, we have known the story of how Prince Dmitry Donskoy defeated Khan Mamai on the Kulikovo Field. However, few people paid attention to the fact that the description of this battle in chronicles and in the ancient Russian poem “Zadonshchina” raises many questions to which official historians have no answers. Or - there are answers, but they are hidden? The author of this book, having studied many historical versions and documentary evidence, gives answers to these questions and comes to a sensational conclusion: there was a battle, but not there and not then, as the school textbook teaches us. The real events were manipulated back in the 14th century to suit political circumstances.
