The action of the first two books takes place from October 1833 to May 1834. A. S. Pushkin returns from a trip to the Urals, after collecting materials for the “History of Pugachev”, visits his native Boldino, where he becomes a witness and participant in the bloody events, the target which he himself is. Analyzing the circumstances of what is happening, he is increasingly convinced that the matter is not so simple and the threads lead to the capital, where someone has declared a hunt for him. But for what? Along the way, he meets a serf who surprises him, immediately sensing a mystery in him, which becomes more and more interesting to solve. Pushkin does not know that this man is a newcomer (and alien) from Russia in the 21st century, who has set himself the task of protecting the poet and preventing his early death, and he is in no hurry to open up. From the author: The planned “until May 1834” did not fit into one book , that means there will be two. In the second part there will be much more attempts at progress and “business”. Some of the chapters will be written from Stepan’s point of view. The cover is being drawn while the sketch is in progress.
