Thomas Ligotti, the great master of philosophical horror, and David Tibet, the permanent leader of the Current 93 project, have a long-standing friendship. In 1997, it resulted in the album “In a Foreign Town, In a Foreign Land”, where Ligotti’s prose is enveloped in a disturbing veil of gothic ambient. The collection was released complete with a CD of the same name in 1997.
