Books should not just sit on a shelf, they need to be read, discussed, and written about. Only in the act of speaking (discussing) and writing (creating text) does a literary work acquire true life. This is how culture is born. Culture outside of literature turns into a farce for today's generation; for the next it will turn into a tragedy. Many of those who read today are guided by the attitude: “Reading books is digging a hole of loneliness.” What do you think?
