I wonder what will happen if scientists learn to change the genetic code, and all people on Earth become immortal? Surely there will be a problem of overpopulation of the planet, which will have to be solved somehow. It will, of course, be possible to colonize new habitable worlds. What if they are not open yet? Is the world's population increasing uncontrollably? We have to apply administrative measures. At birth, we all, unwillingly, are registered in the civil registration system (ZAGS). What if we also organize a deletion procedure?
