In the peaceful city of Petersbroke on the planet Licar, a murder occurs. In the twilight of the night, next to the bloodless victim, the villain proudly waves his black cloak, after which he hastily retreats to his lair. Witnesses who saw the killer while fleeing the crime scene claim that the offender belongs to the race of vampires. Not wanting to let a dangerous killer into the city, police forces send operatives to intercept him. Brave police officers immediately track down the criminal, but during a short fight the suspect manages to evade pursuit. The killer's trail leads into the old areas of the city, where empty factory buildings are located. The main character, together with his comrades, is trying to arrest the vampire. Exploring the ancient labyrinths under the city, young policemen find themselves in the place where a dangerous criminal, the necromancer Norman Hazel, performs a magical ritual called “Night Hunt”. And the main prize in this battle should be a powerful artifact called the Horn of Power. To successfully complete the intended task, the necromancer gathers around him on the “Night Hunt” all the criminals who have weight in the criminal world.
