Having flown over the Siberian floods in six minutes, the meteor, moving from the Baikal well, surrounded by gray-yellow lifeless mountains, ended up beyond the Urals. Now to his right was the metropolis of Novaya Zemlya - the capital of the Earth - occupying the entire archipelago of the same name. The elite areas of the city located on the South Island were especially clearly visible. Previously, even before Global Warming, wars, the Global Shift of Tectonic Plate and some artificial relief modifications, the archipelago was practically uninhabitable, but now the climate and ecological situation in this area are considered one of the best on the planet. The western winds are blocked by the Scandinavian-Spitsbergen ridge, and the Eastern European archipelagos serve as a kind of filter for the Mediterranean Current. The meteor began to descend towards the Kola Islands. The crew's goal was to sink the ship in any deep-water lake in the Northern region of the islands, after which, with the help of transport from local villagers, get to New Murmansk.
