The official start to the revival of student groups was given on July 1, 2005 at the initiative of the regional governor. In 2005, about 2 thousand students from Krasnoyarsk universities joined the movement. In the third labor semester of 2006, the regional headquarters of student detachments was formed, which included the heads of university headquarters of student detachments.
