The idea for the plot of this book is taken from real events that occurred in Kharkov, Ukraine, in December 2012, when on the day of a court employee, 4 people from the family of Judge Trofimov were brutally murdered. This crime with a controversial motivation, being unprecedented in nature, given the cruelty and cynicism with which it was committed, given the inhuman thirst for evil of the man who cut off the heads of all four victims, and he cut off the head of his still living son in front of his still living father - judges, it nevertheless remains unsolved to this day. According to the author of the work, such a deplorable situation with the detection of the mentioned brutal crime committed against the judge’s family may be due to the fact that the investigative authorities involved in the investigation of this murder were deliberate, not wanting to recognize the corrupt, corrupt nature of the state branches of the executive and judicial authorities subordinate to the regime of the thieving President Yanukovych, they did not quite accurately determine his motive, and, accordingly, the version of the crime itself. In any case, the author believes, those versions that are officially stated by the prosecutor do not constitute a complete list of all possible ones, and given the absurdity of these three prosecutor’s versions outlined in the media since the beginning of the investigation, the version stated in this work, in the author’s opinion, is quite probable . The point in the future book is that this most brutal, bloody crime was committed not against Judge Trofimov and his family, but against the entire justice system that has existed in recent years in independent Ukraine. Judge Trofimov died tragically as a representative of this system and became a victim of circumstances simply by tragic accident. According to the conviction of the author of the book, the motive in this horrific act was not at all personal revenge and not the desire for profit, as assumed by the investigative authorities, but a peculiar manifestation of the thirst for struggle against the total lawlessness perpetrated by the Ukrainian justice system on its people, which, like a special machine operating in the regime an inflexible extortionist, without thinking for a second, often breaks the entire destinies of people purely for the sake of squeezing out of them only his personal profit, and against her fantastic impunity for everything he has done illegally and unfairly. The author writes with pain that this crime is an attempt by a desperate person to draw public attention to this problem, which fatefully affected him personally. This book is an attempt to reveal that malignant formation in the body of modern Ukrainian society, which urgently needs to be removed and its consequences healed. This is an attempt by one person to launch a wave of human indignation and raise everyone who cares about freedom, legality and justice to fight against the greedy system. The plot of this work of art colorfully and heartbreakingly describes the process of transformation of a successful, respectable and law-abiding citizen into a ruthless killing machine, revealing the real motives hidden by the SYSTEM for the most brutal crime that takes place in real life, thus sadly confirming Pikulev’s treatise about that crime is a normal reaction of a normal person to abnormal conditions.
