As an assistant commander on the S-54, he participated in the transoceanic 18,700-mile passage through 3 great oceans and 9 seas from the Pacific to the Northern Fleet. Since February 1944, he commanded the S-15 submarine of the Northern Fleet, participated in 9 military campaigns, in which 4 vehicles were destroyed, one guard ship was damaged and 2 reconnaissance groups were landed on enemy territory.
