This publication was intended as a short guide containing the main points that you should pay attention to when filing a statement of claim in court. It will be useful to those who do not know where to start, what to start from when filing their claims for judicial protection of violated rights. When writing the book, the goal was to give a general idea of the basic principles, the basic public and unspoken rules that are applied in Russian legal proceedings, in in a form accessible to a person who is not a specialist in legal issues, using legal terminology as little as possible, without cluttering the text with references to specific provisions of legal acts. Explain the fundamental, i.e., basic information necessary for drawing up any statement of claim, without commenting on all the details of the application of the provisions of certain legal norms that are insignificant for a non-specialist.
