The author of this book, Boris Ilyich Oleinik, a writer, publicist and political figure, knew Mikhail Gorbachev well. During “perestroika”, B. Oleinik was a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, deputy chairman of the House of Nationalities of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. Being a deeply religious, Orthodox man, Boris Oleinik even then noticed that the period of Mikhail Gorbachev’s reign strangely corresponded to the biblical prophecies about the coming of the messenger of the Antichrist. One after another, events took place in the country that were difficult to explain from the point of view of ordinary logic: the terrible Chernobyl disaster, the death of the ship “Nakhimov”; Trains collide head-on, mines explode one after another. Finally, Karabakh explodes, detonating a chain reaction of bloody geysers in Tbilisi, Osh, Sumgait, Baku, South Ossetia, Vilnius, Tiraspol. At the same time, Gorbachev constantly negotiated with Western leaders behind closed doors. And these negotiations took place in a strange way and in strange places. The public could not understand why, for example, Gorbachev was drawn to meet with Bush... in Malta? To Malta, which had the ominous glory of an island where various knightly orders nested, worshiping Satan... Describing the biography and political activities of Mikhail Gorbachev, the author comes to the conclusion that he was destined by the prince of darkness for the destruction of Russia.
