Over the past 10 years, he has published dozens of short stories, countless reviews and articles, and five novels. El lanzador, his first novel, is a surreal story of a city and its inhabitants. Rax, a gritty cyberpunk set in near-future Madrid, won the Spanish Science Fiction Society's Ignotus Literary Award. Eduardo Vacquerizo's most famous novel is Stranded, a book based on the Spanish science fiction film of the same name about a failed expedition to Mars.
