The textbook, prepared in accordance with the State educational standard, consists of two parts - general and special. The general part deals with issues of the theory of international law - concept, subject, system, method, sources. The main attention is paid to issues of conflict of laws and the specifics of law enforcement in international private law. In a special part, special institutions and sub-sectors of international private law are analyzed. A separate part includes issues of international civil procedure and international commercial arbitration. The problems of transnational bankruptcy (international bankruptcy law) and international notarial law, as well as issues of regulating relations in the sphere of private law on the Internet are considered as independent topics.
